Technical Support inquiries may be emailed to: support@PhasesRehab.com or call our toll-free number, 1-800-231-0518. Can I install the software on both my office and laptop computer or only one? You can install phases on more than one computer, but there is no way to synchronize the databases between systems. If you choose to run multiple copies of Phases concurrently there is a possibility that data could be irretrievably lost by over-writing the most recent data with data from a different database.
Phases does not recommend running Phases on multiple systems outside of the suggested network configuration option. How can I increase the quality of the pictures? The size and resolution of the interface and the images is a compromise. Due to the large number of images included in the program, a limitation on the size of both the interface and the individual images was implemented to avoid problems with system resource and storage limitations in the original design. Based on that decision the images and the Graphic User Interface (GUI) are fixed sizes, and cannot be modified by the user.
How do I email a patient's exercise program to them? In order to be able to do this you have to be able to save a PDF on your system, this functionality is available with the full version of Adobe Acrobat or other office pograms that install a " PDF printer driver" in your computer printer folder. You can also download a free third party PDF Printer Driver from many different sites. Some driver developers suggest a nominal fee so please support their efforts if the drivers are helpful to you. Please note that we cannot be responsible for third party software nor have technical support for it Click here to view the instructions in PDF format. How can I increase the quality of the pictures?
